Privacy
This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising, and collects nothing that identifies a reader. What it does collect is described below in full.
What this site collects
There are no accounts, no comments, no newsletter sign-up and no advertising. No cookie is set by this site, which is why nobody has been asked to dismiss a banner.
Since 1 October 2026 the site has run one analytics script. It records that a page was viewed — the path, the referring site if there was one, and the browser’s user-agent string — and nothing that identifies the person viewing it. It sets no cookie. It writes one small record to the browser’s local storage, holding the first referring site, the first page landed on, and the time, so that a later visit is not counted as a new arrival. That record stays in the browser and is not readable by any other site.
Fonts, images and stylesheets are all served from this domain rather than from a font provider or a content network. The analytics script is the only request a page makes to anywhere else.
What the host sees
The site is served by Cloudflare, which necessarily processes an Internet Protocol (IP) address and user-agent string to return a page. That is ordinary web hosting rather than a choice made about any reader, and the data is not combined with anything, exported, or used to build a profile.
Correspondence
If you write to hello@khyatinstitute.org, that correspondence is held by the mail provider in the ordinary way, and read by a person. Reports of errors are read whether or not they are signed.
Change of 1 October 2026
Until this date the site ran no analytics of any kind, and this page said so. It also said that if analytics were ever added they would be cookieless and aggregate, and that this page would be updated to say so on the date it happened. Analytics were added on 1 October 2026 and this page was rewritten the same day.
The commitment is kept rather than quietly dropped: a change to what is collected will be recorded here, dated, in the same way an error in a document is corrected in place rather than silently amended.
Errors are corrected in place, with a dated note, and logged at /corrections.
